What do I gain by joining 1Commerce.com's Network?
You gain access to a global B2B marketplace where you can list your products, reach buyers and suppliers worldwide, negotiate trade deals online, and tap into a network of Representatives, Associates, and Traders that help you complete deals and expand into new markets at minimal cost and risk.
How do I apply for membership?
Click Join the Network (or Get Started), choose your membership type — Starter, Growth, or Enterprise — and complete the registration form with your company details. Your account is activated once registration is complete.
How do I log in to my account?
Use the Sign in link in the top bar and enter the email and password you registered with. Once signed in, you can access My 1Commerce to manage your account.
How do I view my negotiations?
Open My 1Commerce and select My Negotiations. There you can filter negotiations by time period and status — on your products, on other products, active, completed, countered, and not countered.
How do I add a product?
From My 1Commerce, go to My Products and choose Add a Product. Select whether it is For Sale, Wanted, a Service Offered, or a Service Wanted, classify it with the appropriate NAICS/HS code, and publish.
How do I counter and/or accept offers?
Open the relevant negotiation from My Negotiations. You can submit a counter-offer with a new number, or accept the current offer to move the deal forward. The negotiation system is based entirely on numbers, so it works across languages.
How do I edit existing products?
In My Products, select the product you want to change and choose Edit. Update the details, pricing, or classification and save your changes.
Can other buyers see the offers I submit in a negotiation?
No. Offers submitted within a negotiation are private between you and the other party. Other buyers cannot see the offers you submit.
How do I edit my membership information?
Go to My 1Commerce and open your Profile to update company and contact information. Membership level changes can be made from the membership section of your account.
How do I negotiate on products/services?
Find a product or service, open it, and start a negotiation by submitting your number. The seller can accept or counter, and you can continue countering until both sides agree — all based on numbers to overcome language barriers.
How do I search for products/services?
Use the search bar to enter a keyword or industrial code, and filter by region, country, and main section. Results are organized by NAICS and HS classifications.
What is the distinction between the two search results categories (NAICS and HS)?
NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) categorizes companies by their industry or activity, while HS (Harmonized System) categorizes the products/commodities themselves. Searching by NAICS finds companies in an industry; searching by HS finds specific product types.
